SCOPE OF ROLE:
Traditional ACT teams are multi-disciplinary teams consisting of 68 clients, who are seen twice per week by varying members of the team. Flexible (“Flex”) ACT Teams consist of 100 clients, 40 of whom are considered “ACT Lite”, and receive two to five visits per month in comparison to six to eight for traditional clients.
