As a Leave Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate various employee leave programs, encompassing medical leave, family and medical leave (FMLA), personal leave, disability leave, and other authorized absences. Your role involves serving as the main contact person for employees seeking leave, assisting them throughout the application process, ensuring adherence to pertinent laws and company regulations, and meticulously maintaining records.
