As Senior Vice President of Housing in our Behavioral Health division, you will promote person-centered services, be recovery-oriented and focus on supporting the independence of the people we serve.
Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the SVP of Housing leads our growing supportive housing portfolio of over 2,000 units. With our goal of increasing the portfolio to 10,000 units in the next ten years the focus will be on growth, quality and developing a strong leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading multiple programs across New York City and will perform with grace and sensitivity while exemplifying social and emotional intelligence. This person will employ a data-informed approach and have a demonstrated commitment to person-centered care for people who have a broad range of challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of bringing projects to fruition with measured success.
